Giglive is an online marketplace that connects musicians and performers with clients seeking their services. We provide tools for discovering talent, booking performances, messaging, and processing payments. Giglive is not a party to agreements made between musicians and clients.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Giglive. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of content you post on Giglive. By posting content, you grant Giglive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.
Giglive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any musician's services. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giglive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
